Sie sind die am h\u00e4ufigsten genutzten Phosphatzus\u00e4tze und liefern wichtige Mineralien f\u00fcr die Entwicklung starker Z\u00e4hne und Knochen bei Vieh, Gefl\u00fcgel und Haustieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zu Calciumphosphaten in Futtermittelqualit\u00e4t geh\u00f6ren:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Monocalciumphosphat (MCP)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dicalciumphosphat (DCP)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tricalciumphosphat (TCP)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Neben der Verwendung als Futtermittelzusatz finden sich Calciumphosphate z.\u00a0B. auch in Zahnpasta, als Texturverbesserungsmittel, als Verdickungsmittel f\u00fcr Saucen, als S\u00e4uerungsmittel, als Bindemittel etc. in der Lebensmittelindustrie und in industriellen B\u00e4ckereien. Die gr\u00f6\u00dften Reserven an hochreinem Phosphatgestein befinden sich in Marokko. Das abgebaute und zerkleinerte Gestein reagiert mit Schwefels\u00e4ure. Dabei schlagen sich Gips (Phosphorgips) und Verunreinigungen nieder. Danach wird die S\u00e4ure von Fluor, Arsen und Schwermetallen gereinigt, um Gr\u00fcns\u00e4ure in Futtermittelqualit\u00e4t oder Wei\u00dfs\u00e4ure in Lebensmittelqualit\u00e4t zu erhalten.&nbsp;Die seltenere hochreine Wei\u00dfs\u00e4ure wird aus elementarem Phosphorgestein in Lichtbogen\u00f6fen gewonnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die S\u00e4ure und der Kalkstein reagieren miteinander, wodurch MCP, DCP und (selten) TCP entstehen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>DCP-Produktion ist auch direkt als Niederschlag aus dem Angriff von Salzs\u00e4ure auf Phosphatgestein (Substitutionsreaktion) m\u00f6glich. Bei diesem Nischenverfahren wird z.&nbsp;B. Salzs\u00e4ureabfall aus elektrochemischen Anlagen \/ Wasserdissoziation verwendet.
